Need a Binder?
Fax (907-488-5237) or Email your request to a licensed Rep.
Please include the following:
1. Mortgagee Clause (the mailing address for future insurance correspondence)
2. Loan Number
3. Will current and/or future premiums be escrowed?
4. Closing Date (used as the effective date for coverage)

Something to remember: Revised binders can be issued quickly and easily if changes happen.

Need Flood Insurance?

Have these three things ready at least 5 business days prior to closing:
1. A Clearly Legible Elevation Certificate emailed to a licensed representative, or faxed to (907)488-5237 Certified/Stamped 1997 to Current is best. Older copies can sometimes be used but delays in processing should be expected.
2. Appraisals, with pictures, are required. Please email to a licensed representative.
3. FEMA requires two additional forms filled out and signed by the customer prior to granting coverage. We can fax or email these directly to the client in order to expedite the process.

Something to remember: FEMA requires the first year's premium be paid in full at the time of binding, so the customer needs to be prepared to pay this prior to closing.
